「The pools at the Glenwood are great. Our room has always been very large and the beds very comfortable. There does seem to be a "moisture removal" issue. The fan in the bathroom doesn't even disturb the air, so the room is always very humid. It has never smelled moldy, but this time did smell like sheets left wet in the washing machine for a couple of days. We were constantly trying to leave door open to air it out. 「The room finishes were dated and the AC was nowhere near enough for the room heat load with people in it. Made for a very uncomfortable evening on a hot, muggy night. Dining options nearby were poor but that's another story. Staying in Radium was an overall poor experience and would not do it again.」

「The rooms were newly renovated and clean, which I really appreciated and I think unusual for the area. Full size refrigerator, cookies and coffee maker with coffee. Breakfast was included but you had to make your own eggs and options were limited. It was nice to be able to sit outside and eat.」

「The room was really dirty, shower clearly not cleaned and bathroom counters had dirt and dust that was not cleaned. Hot tub wasn't working and this is why we booked over another with out a hot tub. Not clean enough to stay again. Nice staff but need better standards,」
