Die Lage war sehr gut , der rhein 5 Minuten zu Fuß und die Altstadt 15 und die Bahn auch 10 Minuten. Der Balkon ist ein plus wenn es schön ist.die Wohnung war sauber und alles was man so braucht in der Küche, sogar viele Gewürze

Sehr schön und saubere Unterkunft.Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht.Der Balkon geht Richtung hinterhof,ist aber relativ ruhig.Es ist nur ca 200 m bis zum Wasser wo manSehr schön verweilen kann.Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt in der Nähe.In nur 15 Minuten ist man per Fuß in der Altstadt.Sehr gute Bus- und Bahnverbindung direkt in der Nähe.Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit direkt hinter dem Haus in einem Cardboard.

Urlaub in Konstanz

Die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit der FeWo und auch die örtliche Lage in Konstanz war sehr gut. Aber für uns als älteres Ehepaar ( Ende 60 ) hatte die Wohnung doch etliche negative Aspekte. Gelegen in einem 4 stöckigem Wohnblock mit ca. 100 Wohnungen, an einer viel befahrenen Straße, über einem REWE Markt gegenüber einem Media Markt. Es sind dort wohl auch nur wenige FeWo´s, denn alle Personen mit denen wir ins Gespräch kamen, waren selbst Mieter. Zum Entladen des Gepäcks mußte man weiter entfernt parken, was sehr beschwerlich war. Zum Glück hat uns der Sohn der Vermieterin, der zur Schlüsselübergabe kam, sehr beim Entladen geholfen. DANKE dafür!! Das von der Vermieterin beschriebene überdachte Carport war ein ca. 200m !!! entferntes 2 geschossiges überdachtes Parkdeck mit etwa 100 Plätzen. Nummerierter Platz und nur mit Schlüssel zugänglich. Die ruhige Aussicht nach hinten bestand aus dem Dach des REWE Marktes, dem Parkdeck und weiteren freien Parkplätzen. An 2 Tagen wurde der Markt schon morgens um 6:30 Uhr beliefert, was auch im 4. Stock zu hören war. Zur Einrichtung ist noch zu sagen, das der Tresen mit hohen Hockern in der Küche zwar sehr schön aussieht, aber für ältere Leute doch sehr beschwerlich zum frühstücken war. Kurz gesagt: sauber und ordentlich, recht günstig in Konstanz gelegen aber auf Grund der oben beschriebenen Gegebenheiten für ältere Leute leider nicht zu empfehlen. R.S. mit Ehefrau

Diese Wohnung nie wieder

Wenn man nur ein Dach über dem Kopf sucht und einen nicht stört, dass der Hausflur nach Urin stinkt, dass der Aufzug völlig verdreckt ist, dass die Möbel und die Dekoration wahllos zusammen gewürfelt wirken - völlig lieblos, dass das Bett für normal gewichtige Menschen viel zu weich ist, dass die Wohnung dringend renoviert werden sollte (viele Dreck-Flecken an den Wänden), wenn einen dies alles nicht stört, dann kann man diese Ferienwohnung mieten. Zumindest der Reinigungszustand der Wohnung war okay. Wir haben gelernt, dass genau die Fotos in der Beschreibung der Wohnung, die fehlen, die Wichtigsten gewesen wären…

Super Aufhalt. Es ist gleich aufgefallen, dass die Wohnung unglaublich sauber ist. Von der Größe her Ideal für 1-2 Personen + 1-2 (Klein)-Kinder. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der Seerhein sind gleich nebenan. Marvin war ein spitzen Gastgeber, welcher gut für uns erreichbar war.
