Modern and clean place for two

Nice neighbourhood, supermarket 50 m, bus station 30 m, train station 600 m. Bus tickets ready to use in apartment.

Sehr empfehlenswert

Hier stimmte eigentlich alles. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber, super gut eingerichtet (mit allem, was man so braucht), lag gut (Bus und Bahn, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe), war sehr ruhig und auch in hitzigen Zeiten kühl zu bekommen. Auch für Radurlauber ist diese Wohnung ein guter Startpunkt für vielfältige Touren. Das haben wir mehrfach erprobt!Andy und sein Sohn sind tolle Gastgeber: nett, sehr zuvor-und entgegenkommend und stets um das Wohl der Gäste bemüht!Unbedingt hinfahren!

Nette kleine Wohnung am Bodensee

Wohnung prima eingerichtet, Lage etwas außerhalb, See nicht sichtbar, aber der Blick Richtung Schweiz ist toll. Küche hat alles was man sich wünscht. Bad durch die kleine Badewanne etwas beengt. Von der Straße führen 88 Stufen zur Wohnung. Leider ist der Treppenaufgang teilweise mit Gebüsch, Ästen und Weinranken zugewachsen. Nach einem Regenguss unangenehm zu laufen. Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu meckern.

Tolle Wohnung

Schöne, neue Wohnung mit allem was man braucht und noch mehr. Badewanne und grosse Dusche und besonders in der Küche gibt es mehr als anderswo. Sehr unkomplizierte Vermieter und wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Die Bushaltestelle ist in unmittelbarer Nähe, Edeka um die Ecke, ein paar Minuten zu Fuss gibt es einen grossen Bio-Markt, das wunderschöne Konstanz ist in 17 Minuten mit dem Bus (welcher für Feriengäste gratis ist) erreichbar aber auch Wald gibts in wenigen Minuten. Alles in Allem haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Einfach nur toll!

Andi ist ein toller Gastgeber und die Wohnung ist super! Einige Stufen müssen bis zur Haustür überwunden werden. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, mit allem Wichtigen ausgestattet und schön geschnitten. Das Auto kann vor der Garage abgestellt werden und dann kann der Bus genutzt werden, der direkt vor der Tür abfährt. Auch ein Edeka ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Gerne wieder!

Top! Empfehlenswert!

Schöne Wohnung mit super Aussicht in guter Lage. Absolut top ausgestattet, es wurde an wirklich alles gedacht! Vom Handmixer über Backpapier und Hausschuhe alles vorhanden. Brötchen Service und Lieferdienste haben auch perfekt funktioniert und sind absolut empfehlenswert. Der Vermieter ist super freundlich und Hilfsbereit, jeder Zeit zu erreichen. Ein Stellplatz ist auch vorhanden. Das einzige was bedacht werden sollte, es sind schon einige Stufen bis zur Wohnung. Dafür hat man aber auch eine schöne Aussicht.

Sehr gute Unterkunft in Konstanz

Neue, sehr gepflegte Unterkunft, in der wir uns wohl gefühlt haben. Alles sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Gut ausgestattet. Ruhige Wohnlage in einem Stadtteil. Bushaltestelle in die Innenstadt sowie ein Supermarkt direkt vor der Haustür. Sehr sympathischer Vermieter, alles unkompliziert verlaufen. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.
