It is air conditioned and comes with four bedrooms, kitchen with dining area, spacious living room and a four private bathrooms. This air conditioned four bedroom villa with terrace and sea view features free WiFi, spacious living room with SAT TV, fully equipped kitchen with dining area and four private bathrooms. On the outdoor it offers private outdoor swimming pool (children's pool is situated within the outdoor swimming pool) fitted with sunbeds and parasols, roofed furnished terrace, sauna, Jacuzzi with panoramic view, ping pong table, kids playground, volleyball court, outdoor bathroom and outdoor BBQ. Washing machine, hair dryer, ironing facilities, baby cot, children's high chair and toys are at your disposal. Free private parking is provided to the guests. Villa Falcon Rook is located in Dubravka, a perfect place for a countryside retreat as they are situated in a peaceful rural inland area with intact nature and rich vegetation. Old Town of Cavtat, a quiet little town with rich cultural and historical heritage, beautiful beaches and scenery is 20 km from the property. The Old of Dubrovnik is 33 km away. Sokol Tower, the most impressive medieval remains in the Dubrovnik area is 400 meters from the property. It offers an impressive view of the magnificent landscapes of Konavle in their full beauty. Dubrovnik Bus Station and Ferry Port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 40 minutes ride from the accommodation, while Dubrovnik Airport is 17 km away.

We had the most incredible holiday, The villa is absolutely beautiful, The place is immaculate, From the bedrooms to the living area and pool area, The facilities are wonderful, gym, hot tub etc, We couldn't have wanted for anything more, The location is fantastic, You are a short drive to the beautiful town of Cavtat and also Dubrovnik, We were also near some beautiful local restaurants Nino was a wonderful host and nothing was too much trouble, We rented the villa for my grandmas 90th birthday! When we arrived we were greeted with a welcome platter and they had decorated the pool area with balloons in honour of her birthday! Ninos mother had even made a beautiful cake and left it in the fridge for us! We were absolutely thrilled, I would absolutely stay here again, We couldn't have asked for anymore
