"10/10 experience. Im usually too lazy to write a review but i had such an amazing time during a short 2d stay here with my brother. We landed after midnight, which i let the hotel know only the day of arrival (due to my own mixup). We landed after midnight, which i let the hotel know only the day of arrival (due to my own mixup). The hotel sorted out transfer promptly and left us a generous cold cut/cheese platter each in the room! Much appreciated meal especially given the time of day. We weren’t blessed with the best weather during our stay but the team helped calling boat tour operator for us (saved us buying tickets in vain) and shuffled the rooms the next day so we could check out very late. I only managed to catch Dubraka’s name (and she is an angel) but every single staff member has been incredibly warm and helpful. Thank you so so much!! "
