The Space:
Decorated with modernity and taste, the Apartment is 41 m² and consists of a living room with kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom with shower and balcony. Thanks to its functional space it is ideal for up to 4 people. A comfortable stay is ensured by the functional, well-equipped kitchenette, which includes a coffee machine in addition to basic appliances such as an oven, induction hob, dishwasher and fridge. Prepared meals can be enjoyed at a comfortable table for 4 people in the living room area. The ideal place to enjoy your morning coffee will be the balcony with chairs and table provided. The living room is the perfect space to relax and, thanks to the sofa bed, a place to sleep two people. The fully landscaped, comfortable bedroom with a double bed is the perfect place to unwind after a busy day. Evening entertainment is provided by multimedia, such as a flat-screen Tv in the bedroom and living room, as well as free Wi-Fi access. An additional asset of the flat is the washing machine, which will increase comfort during longer stays. On hot days, pleasant cooling will be provided by air conditioning. For a good start to their stay, guests are provided with free toiletries, towels and bed linen. An unquestionable plus is the parking space provided in the underground garage (entry height 2.2 m).

The tastefully furnished Apartment is located in the new high-standard development "Baltic Marina Residence" on Bałtycka Street in Kołobrzeg. This modernly furnished building provides luxurious and comfortable conditions for spending a holiday. Within the Baltic Marina Residence, there are many facilities for guests, such as a representative lobby with a reception desk, underground parking, a sauna, a fitness room and a terrace with a jacuzzi (available in spring and summer when the weather is nice). There are many tourist attractions in the immediate vicinity - undoubtedly one of them is the Solna Marina, where yachts and boats dock. The pier in Kołobrzeg and the Lighthouse are 1.6 km away from the Apartment, and the nearest beach is 1.5 km away. The surrounding area also abounds in many restaurants serving delicious seafood dishes, among others, as well as cafes offering aromatic coffee. Most of them can be found by the Molo in Kołobrzeg. In the immediate vicinity, there are grocery shops such as Żabka 290 m away, as well as Biedronka (550 m), which provide a wide range of products. An unquestionable advantage for non-motorised visitors is the railway stop located just around the corner.
