"This was a super unique and wonderful venue. The staff were so kind and responsive. We stayed only one night - but all four of us (two parents, a teen, and a tween) - wanted to stay longer. Shayla was our manager on duty and she was kind, funny, and so knowledgeable. I cants say enough good about it. Comfortable beds in the Conestoga wagon. It stayed cool, even though we were here in July. Good bathhouse experience. It is an active, engaging place to stay. We will return!!"
"Clean rooms. Except for the first clerk we spoke to at check in who was a tad cranky, all others were helpful. Breakfast is good, parking was free and close to hotel. Coffee always available. 😊"
"The scenery is amazing, the staff is very kind and helpful. The prices for breakfast and dinner were relatively high for the selections.
For how hot it gets, there doesn’t seem to be a lot of solutions to cool the tents down. Taking an AM hike and coming back to cool down or nap isn’t an option. Maybe have some sort of portable AC as an option for an extra add-on? The mist system in the tents doesn’t do much to cool down the space.
The mattress isn’t comfortable. It’s a spring mattress with an egg carton on top of it. For the cost of the tent, at least a better mattress was expected.
Other than that, the communal area, the location, the vibe of the tent and surrounding areas were incredible! Would come back if the mattresses were upgraded and at another time during the year."
"I would recommend this property to anyone. It's a unique structure in a beautiful way. Very clean with all the essentials needed for short or long stay. The air conditioning and ceiling fan, made it very comfortable. The shower is spacious and they provided plenty of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We loved the comfortable and bedding. Know let's talk about the balcony area with great views. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended.
I hate to mention anything wrong, because we loved our stay. The only thing I did not like was the bathroom mirror and lighting, it is not a women's friend. I challenge a women to try to put her make up on in that mirror. I was challenged to try to put mine on in the living room where there is more light."
