The hotel has no receptionist, and the room code was sent by email, which worked fine. On the first day, I emailed a simple question, and on the second day, I sent another message about a concern. Unfortunately, I haven’t received any reply, even after two weeks.
The main positive is the location — right in the heart of Kraków’s Old Town, perfect for sightseeing and exploring the city.
