"I would not stay at this property again. I found the property difficult to communicate with as they do not use the Expedia messaging service. They only respond to phone calls. The apartment is quite dingy with worn towels and mats, lots of little things that need repair, fridge is full of frost and old frozen food. "I have stayed at the Hilton Prague Atrium several times in the past and have generally had good experiences, which is why I continue to choose this property. Unfortunately, my most recent stay was disappointing. The check-in process took over an hour, even though it was not during the typical peak check-in time of around 3:00 PM. The room initially assigned to me also had a strong cigarette smoke odor, resembling an ashtray from excessive smoking. This issue was addressed promptly and I was given another room, which I appreciated. Later that evening around 11:00 PM, I attempted to contact the front desk multiple times to request a dental kit, but no one answered the phone. I was eventually able to reach the desk in the morning, though the request was not resolved. I shared this feedback during check-out. The staff were polite, but the response focused mostly on explanations rather than acknowledging the concerns raised. Given my positive past stays, I hope this feedback can be used to improve the guest experience going forward."

"Incredible hotel!! The location was absolutely perfect in Old Town - everything was within walking distance. There’s a lively shopping mall just steps away, and so many famous landmarks nearby. The tram stop is also less than a 3-min walk, which made getting around so easy. The hotel staff was by far the friendliest my friends and I encountered during our travels across three different countries! Ethan and another young, petite blonde staff member were especially welcoming, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. Our room for 3 pax was spotless upon arrival and impeccably cleaned each day. The breakfast was absolutely delicious… truly top-rated in both quality and service!! There were so many servers, and EVERY single one of them provided excellent service. Not once did we have a negative experience! If we ever return to Praha, there’s no doubt that MGallery Collection will be our accommodation of choice. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!"
