「Except the sheets on the bed, nothing about the room made me feel as though it had been cleaned any time recently. Bathroom had mold in shower and vent in bathroom looked like the lint from the dryer’s filter」

「朝食込みで予約したのに、現在は雨期（ローシーズンにて）コックもいないとの事で毎日セブン・イレブンのサンドイッチを食べた。また同じく3泊したが一度も部屋の掃除ベッドメイキングもなかった。部屋に電気ポットもなく自分でポットを用意したり飲み物をかってきたりした。
周りにレストラン等無く、いつもレンタカーで食事をしに出掛けた。」

「We had a good stay at Pan Nam Resort. Staff were wonderful and worked hard on the English. (I had to use a translator app).
We had no hand towels nor hand soap in the bathroom. The bath fixtures are very dated and in need of repair. The shower dripped day and night so we had to keep the door closed so we could sleep.
The only other thing is there were no clothing hangers for our clothing. Some I like to hang to let the wrinkles out and I like to handwash some clothing but nothing to...
