Hôtel familial très agréable

Très bon hôtel bien situé sur la plage de haad chao phao. Proximité des commerces et des restaurants. Le personnel est adorable, le bungalow pourtant le moins cher est très propre et confortable. Belle plage devant l'hôtel avec des couchers de soleil magnifiques. La piscine est grande et très agréable. Le petit-déjeuner buffet est varié et de bonne qualité et quel bonheur de déjeuner au bord de l'eau. L'hôtel est très bien entretenu avec une végétation magnifique. Nous n'avons pas testé le restaurant qui nous a paru un peu cher par rapport aux autres dans le secteur. Dernier point positif le transfert gratuit depuis et vers le port le jour d'arrivée et du départ. Bref je recommande vivement ce petit hôtel familial dans un écrin de verdure face à la mer !

The most lovely people, always helpful and cheerful. Beautiful hut and fantastic pool right on the beachfront. Brilliantly situated next to excellent restaurant, Benjamin’s; very cool cafe (great coffee), Art Cafe; a beautiful Yoga centre; and a lovely Thai Massage place.

Great location, large pool with beautiful ocean view. Family room consists of two adjoining rooms, which is very practical although rooms are simple. Breakfast is nice, enough choice and everything fresh. It’s a quiet place, no lively restaurant of bar but next door is a great one and more choice is at walking distance.

AVOID. Awful, run down & dishonest people.

AVOID! Is a dump! I arrived and left immediately. Place was empty apart from one other room yet I was given a room way away from anything along long rotten wooden walkways, no railings. It was dangerous and creepy even in daylight. Manager said it was better to book somewhere else rather offer a solution, she said I would get a full refund. It seemed odd at the time but now they are refusing the refund, so a good way to get paid for nothing, or so they think! I shall challenge this with my credit card company. Non provision of services. Dishonesty also! The Manager even said herself she thought it overpriced. Half the price would still be way too much. Place is tatty, looks nothing like the photos, room was beyond basic, whole place is just rotten wood waiting to collapse. Not a good beach, staff not there all the time, was offered an alternative decrepit bungalow way away from anything also, wasn't really a solution. They aren't even cleaned daily for the over inflated rate?! Hotels.com shouldn't do business with these people.

ホテルの目の前がほぼプライベートビーチで、数件のホテルの宿泊客しかいないため、とても静かでのんびりできました。海は砂地の遠浅でシュノーケリングには不向きですが、カヤックを50バーツ/1h で借りられます。 シュノーケリングには徒歩15分ほどのシークレットビーチに行くと魚が結構見られました。 ホテルの設備は古さを感じさせますが、スタッフがみなさんにこやかでフレンドリーです。部屋の掃除が2日に一度とのことで、気にはなりませんでしたが、お水の補充が忘れられていました。言えばもらえたと思います。タオルはバスタオルをいつでも借りられます。 チェックアウトは12時ですが、サムイ行きのフェリーが16時半だと言うと、スタッフの方からチェックアウトを好きなだけ延ばしていいと言ってくれて、とてもありがたかったです。最終日までしっかり海で遊んでシャワーもしてチェックアウトができました。 のんびりしたい方にはぜひおすすめしたいホテルです。

Très belle surprise

Quelle belle surprise ! Malgré des avis négatifs , je suis allé dans cet établissement . Nous sommes dans le Nord de l ile ; de ce fait , la majorité des hôtels se trouvent dans des environnements " sauvages " , à la Balinaise .... L hotel est réellement bien situé et la photo est vraie, la piscine est en bord de mer . possibilité de louer snookeling et kayak Les bungalows sont très corrects ( clim , réfrigérateur qui fonctionne, propre et bien agencé, et terrasse suffisamment grande pour apéro pour 10 Personnes) La salle de bain est à la Balinaise , avec eau chaude et fonctionnelle Le personnel est réellement très sympa, souriant , curieux ,rigolo, soucieux de votre bien être, disponible et arrangeant . il propose le petit déjeuner et les repas : tout est super bon ! et à des prix normaux Ils sont copains avec l agence de location de scooters à 40 Mètres ( Hut location très bien) et le 7/11 à 70 Mètres. Pour résumer : très belle adresse avec personnel extra ( et ambiance Balinaise ) . Un super coup de cœur !

Hautement recommandable. Ce ressort est constitué de bungalows disséminés dans une petite forets. C'est calme et agréable et frais. Le restaurant est au bord de mer avec une grande piscine mais la mer est à nos pieds il suffit de descendre quelques marches pour être dans l'eau. Tout ici est très propre, calme et avec du personnel des plus agréable, serviable et sympathique. Les bungalows sont grands et tout en bois de qualité et il y a de grandes fenêtres. Idée originale, on peut disposer des crèmes laissées par les touristes précédents cela nous a été fort utile puisque la sécurité de l'aéroport nous avait retiré notre crème solaire. Pour profiter de ce paradis, choisissez les sections a ou b, car la section c est trop près de la route.

Simple on the beach

Really enjoyed our stay at Sunset Cove. It’s quite basic and simple but that’s all we needed when we were spending most of our time out and about on the island. The staff are very helpful and accommodating and organized the driver to pick and drop us off many times which saved us a lot of money in more expensive taxi fares. Overall would reccomend!

Eine super schöne gemütliche Anlage. Die einzelnen Zimmer sind schön angelegt und ruhig. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der infinity Pool wird die ganze Zeit von Blättern und dreck befreit. Man hat einen super Blick vom Pool ins Meer.

Stayed with my mum for 3 nights at sunset cove resort which was the highlight of our trip! Beautiful pool, amazingly helpful staff and the best views! Great place on the beach to relax or pick up a scooter to explore the island from. You won't regret booking here... we will be back!

Bungalow mit Dschungelfeeling

Wir haben fünf Tage im Sunset Cove verbracht und konnten dort nach dem Reisen sehr gut entspannen. Die Bungalows liegen in einem kleinen Gartenparadies und sind auf Holzstegen gebaut. Innen ist es sehr geräumig, besonders das Bad, das gemütliche Bett und die Aussendusche haben uns gut gefallen. Die Bungalows könnten eine kleine Renovierung vertragen. Wahnsinnig toll war der große Infinitypool und das leckere Frühstück. Die Besitzer waren immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gab eine Bücherausleihe, DVDs und viele Tipps für Ausflüge.
