写真だと分かりづらいですが、施設が非常に老朽化しています。プール付きの部屋を選びましたが、シティホテルの浴槽程度の大きさのプールに、ゴミや虫が浮いている不潔な水がはられていました。バスルームはトイレとシャワーが区切られておはず、汚く変色した便器の隣でシャワーを浴びることとなります。排水口からは便のような悪臭。もちろん水圧は弱く温度安定していません。シャワーを浴びると便器までびしょ濡れです。なお、最初に入った際には便器の中にデカいゴキブリもいたので、ハウスキーピングを呼んで始末してもらいました。バスタオルは破れかかって黄ばんでいるので不潔な印象をうけ、シャワーを浴びても気持ちよくありません。部屋のソファーにも何のシミが分からない気持ちの悪いシミがついていました。部屋の鍵もデカいプレートで、ものすごく不便でした。朝ごはんも期待してはいけません。今まで食べた中で一番満足できませんでした。日本のビジネスホテル並みです。よかった点はホテルの海がキレイだったことと、スタッフが標準的なホスピタリティを持ち合わせていたことのみです。なお、プライベートビーチの隣には場末のクラブがあって深夜まで下品な音楽を狂ったように流しているので夜のビーチもゆっくりできませんでした。

ホテルの立地がビーチフロント

部屋もバルコニーも大変広くゆったり寛ぐことができました。1番良かった点はホテルがビーチフロントの立地の為、ビーチチェアやハンモックが常設されており、1日中海を見ながらなったりでき、綺麗な夕日を見ることができた点です。徒歩10分程のところにミニマートや飲食店もあります。ぜひ又泊まりたいです。

Excellent location. Staff are excellent. Lots of smiles and greetings. Fun Pirate evening on the beach with fire show. Great food. Very delicious ! Convenient to rent a scooter right at the hotel. Shuttle service is excellent. Bed is comfortable.

Super disappointing stay

Super disappointed in our stay here. We booked the private plunge pool villa with a king sized bed as a splurge and were very disappointed. When we checked in, the room was not ready until 30 minutes after check in time. The room had clearly not been cleaned, there was dirt on surfaces, sticky stuff on counters, and poop smeared on the toilet. We didn’t get the king size bed we booked, and instead got two twins. The most disappointing part was the plunge pool, it was 1/4 of the size in the photos, and very dirty. Full of bugs and grime. The sun beds by the beach are lovely, sadly there are not nearly enough. People seem to go early in the morning and save them with towels then leave. Very annoying.

The room was not very clean and the toilet was very ugly- really old and in the bathroom there was a bad smell. Also the water that came out of the shower smelled really bad! In adition it was not relaxing at all because the room had really bad isolation and you could hear every movement of the neighbours. What was really nice was the location!

Barely ok.

No pressure in the shower. Leaking tubes so bathroom floor was wet all the time. Missing skirting boards. Otherwise nice location.

We loved our quiet stay in Koh Lanta! We booked for a week and then ended up extending our stay several times, staying for more than a month in total. We loved the fact that the property had four pools (in addition to two kids pools), an air conditioned gym, beach access, and ridiculously nice staff. We opted for a deluxe room that had a bedroom and then a lounge area with a desk, twin bed, tv and balcony. It was perfect for a longer stay, and while the swim in rooms would be amazing for some families, we loved being a little elevated and felt we had our own outdoor space and a little more privacy. We came during low season and many beach restaurants weren’t open, but the ozone bar next door on the beach along with the massage and laundry place next door were both great! We rented bicycles from Mr. Chai just past the Irish pub for around $40 for the month which gave us mobility to explore a little more. We loved The Backyard and Where Else which are both walking distance from the hotel. And yoga at Non La Mer hostel! Would love to return one day!

Meget venligt personale og skønt område, men stranden var ikke helt fin sand, det er her til gengæld på Khlong Dao Beach, der ligger lige rundt om pynten mod nord. Kunne man tage hotellet og flytte det til den strand ville det have været helt perfekt.

Sehr schöner Strand und super nettes Personal. Insbesondere Dach war immer hilfsbereit und gut gelaunt. Der Hotel Manager war jeden Tag vor Ort, sichtbar und hat mit den Gästen gesprochen. So konnten wir unsere zwei Anliegen direkt bei ihm deponieren. Super, wenn man so einfach mit der richtigen Stelle kommunizieren kann. An einigen Orten besteht renovations Bedarf. In der Woche als wir dort waren, wirde jedoch täglich geputzt (auch mit Hochdruckreiniger, renoviert oder aufgebaut. Ich gehe davon aus, das diese Arbeiten im Gange sind.

Ok except for the pools

Good hotel with a nice library with books in different languages. Rooms are ok but a little worn. The most negative aspect are the pools. The water is really dirty and looks like algae is growing in them. Some of the pools were better but most were really bad. Did not want to swim in any of them.

Last week we got problem with water in the pool by my engineer add the wrong chemical then the water is not clear, then we fix and clean in 24 hours Now our pool clear like a crystal. Tout est parfait a l'exception du service au restaurant le soir. Nous étions deux tables seulement et la manager a réussi a oublié le plat de ma compagne qui a mangé 20 minutes après moi... pour une boisson supplémentaire il a fallut lui demander trois fois. Dommage de cette incompétente car le reste est parfait.

Lanta sand resort and Spa

The room was very nice, and loved the outside shower touch to this property. Excellent location for the beach, restaurants, and bar. The amenities provided in the hotel are great.

Super hotel an einem wundervollen Strand! Das Wasser ist einzigartig dort. Die Zimmer sehr groß und gerade mit dem PrivatPool und der zusätzlichen Aussendusxhe hervorragend. Lediglich der Geruch im Bad sollte in den Geiff bekommen werden.

Fantastiskt trevlig med swimup rum och fin pool! Ganska sliten anläggning och neutrala jättestora rum! Fin strand nedanför och fina pooler men i övrigt känns det som en renovering vore på sin plats!

**장점 - private beach가 있어서 조용히 휴식을 취하기엔 최적 - 직원들이 친절하다 - 리조트내에서 식사, 마사지, bar 등등 대부분을 해결할 수 있다 **단점 - 건물이 오래되어 시설이 다소 낙후된 느낌 - 욕실의 어메니티가 별로 (body soap, sampoo 밖에 없고 품질도 별로인듯) - 욕실 샤워기가 천장에 달린 해바라기 샤워기만 있고 손샤워기는 따로 없음 - 풀장 옆의 룸이었는데 습기가 있어 전반적으로 눅눅한 느낌

Great location, direct access to Long Beach, sunbeds available Big room but very basic furniture Restaurant at the beach but plenty of other very good restaurants nearby. Better not to book breakfast, much cheaper somewhere else.

We stayed in a room with a balcony pool. The room was spacious and tidy. Bed was also large, though a little hard. Free drinking water was limited to two bottles daily. Staff was accommodating and polite. Prime location on the beach. Service on the beach and at the lobby pool was a little slow. Overall, good stay.
