    "I wanted to love this but lots of little disappointments made this into an overall bad experience. The keyless entry was pretty convenient and I was aware that there would be very few staff on site but the reality was that you couldn't speak to anyone at all after 5pm and as a single female, this felt unsafe. My TV didn't work and there was no help until the next day (post my checkout) so I landed in a small room with nothing to do. Worst of all the room was filthy - dust on every surface and..."

    "I was extremely disappointed to be put in the basement. I don't visit London often and this was a birthday treat. After communicating with AI about situation eventually recd a message from a person but didn't see any staff at all. Room had all amenities but no housekeeping service for the 3 nights there. I did ask for room change but apparently they were full! I would double check with hotel where your room is before day of arrival. Location of hotel good."

"We recently attended a nearby wedding and stayed at The Five Bells, an amazing family-run pub and B&B. The family room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped, with complimentary toiletries that were especially appreciated as we’d forgotten ours at home. Mary and her daughters were incredibly warm and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would highly recommend this lovely place."
