"The hotel was ok but it could use some improvements. We stayed for 4 nights and housekeeping never came. We had to ask for towels several times and take out our own trash-which is fine but it’s not the service you expect from a hotel. Tip for future travelers it’s not a good stay if you’re wanting to be close to downtown. Never tried the breakfast and parking is free."

"The television didn't work and the phone didn't work. They offered to move us after we where all ready settled in the room. The hot water was iukewarm. The best part of the stay was breakfast I spoke with Expedia the same night they gave us a credit of 35.00 on the key card. We where told the manger would be there today only to find out he does not work on weekends. They just completed remodeling because in Julu they will become a Marriott property."

"The hotel is super clean and well-maintained! The only two (potential) issues are parking and the airport shuttle. The airport shuttle was rather slow, then the driver complained to us during the drive about people nagging him about being slow.. just a bit awkward. The parking lot also doubles for airport parking, so it can be difficult to find parking during busy seasons. Apart from these small things, the hotel itself is beautiful and we would stay again!"

"My wife and I travel all over the country staying in hotels everywhere. This hotel was by far the worst I’ve ever been into. Upon walking into the first room we were given we seen cockroaches crawling on the sink counter. The desk chair had what appeared to be months worth of dirt build up and mildew. Shower head was broken off. Curtains were broken. Air conditioner had no buttons and unusable. Cobwebs everywhere. Lamps were broken and barely hanging onto the wall. Dust build up on hairdryer and other items. Part of the baseboard was hanging off and that’s where more cockroaches were. They then gave us another room. Upon walking into that room we thought someone was already staying in there. Tv on, beer boxes in the desk chair, beer bottles and trash can full. Trash on the floor. Bed not made."

"This facility has some good features. The appliances were above average. However, when we arrived there was flood damage that occurred when a guest knocked off a fire sprinkler head, so NO handicap accessible were available. This was a problem for my wife, who could not get out of the tub of their standard room. The office was closed, but a Woodspring employee named Jay helped by supplying towels to create a pile ramp that she could back up & out- otherwise I would have had to call the fire department to help extract her because I tried & could not. Otherwise, there are OTHER ISSUES. There is a water problem that seemed to ooze out of the vinyl planks in the bathroom that took awhile for me to figure out. The shower curtain does not stop the water from wetting the floor even when the curtain is carefully placed INSIDE the tub. The curtain isn’t sufficiently waterproof. A second problem is that if you run the water in the bathroom sink, it leaks water onto the floor badly enough to create a pool of water that not only wets the bathroom floor, but passes under the bathroom wall to form a pool in the bedroom! This is room 127. Too bad. People need a hotel for trades people & people intending to do tasks, not a vacation like the Four Seasons hotels. I needed a working suite to help move my daughter. There is a need for a hotel to serve the purpose with no need of a bar, hot tub, etc. I just wish the maintenance was up to industry standard."
