"I booked about a month prior to visiting. When we arrived there system had some sort of error and they couldn’t find my reservation. Therefore they didn’t have my room available. Mind you it’s 10:30 at night, I have two kiddos and a baby in the car desperately needing to go to sleep. It took the staff 45 minutes to try and figure out some sort of solution. I had originally purchased a room with two queen beds. They finally were able to get me in a room with one king. And then had to bring two...

"DIRTY... First room had a musty smell (with a plug in air freshener to try to hide the smell), stains and burn marks on the bedding, and a shorted out bathroom light (presumably from a leak from the bathroom in the room upstairs). Door wasn't sealed well, could see outside from the room. We had to switch rooms due to the shorted out light... But the second room was even worse.. Second room had a musty smell (no plug in air freshener to cover up), burn marks in the bedding, and a shorted out...
