Pros:- Lovely hotel, beautiful refurbished bar and restaurant area, great staff. Lovely gym.
Cons:- Gym- no stretch mats, Pool /Jacuzzi- water too cool. Bedroom too warm overnight, the window was open but there is no room temperature control.
Bar food/drink was generally very good. However, the vegan flatbread was disappointing in size/value, dry and the sauce arrived after the meal was finished. The draught lemonade ran out and it took 3 returned drinks to resolve this -
I appreciate the hotel and bar was very busy that night. Which probably explains these things. I really like this hotel generally, if the room temps could be controlled better it would make a real difference.
