"This hotel is top notch. We enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean, the decor is so fun, and the staff was very accommodating. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety, and was easy to access each morning. The only complaint was the parking was across the street in a garage that was not owned by the hotel. I would love easier parking options or valet."

"Toilet wouldn’t flush, shower wouldn’t drain, valet was incredibly slow, front desk wasn’t very nice. The best part of the stay was the coffee shop and their employees. "

"Everything was simple. The home was clean and everything was straightforward. We're definitely returning to this location when we visit Des Moines again. It felt like we were in the middle of everything and nothing that we wanted or needed to do was more than 30 minutes away. The only thing that might be of concern to some is the off-street parking. There are, however, plenty of spots and we never had to go more than 140 ft from the front door to find parking. All things considered, I'd highly recommend this location."

"Nice property in a central location. Ryan, our host, was very kind and helpful, he provided our check-in instructions on time and replied very quickly when we needed his help during the stay. Some small improvement can be done to the kitchen to make it even better. I can recommend the property for any traveler coming to Des Moines."
