Es wurden wohl allen Bescheid gesagt, mir leider nicht. Kam auch keine Entschuldigung, nur ....sie wurden wohl übersehen. Ich konnte auch kein Essen nachbuchen. Geht in diesen Hotel wohl nur, wenn man es gleich mitbucht. Sollte dazu einen Hinweis auf der Homepage geben, dann kann man selbst entscheiden . Insgesamt aber alles super, sehr nettes...

Gut solides Frühstück in schönem Restaurant.Toller Spielplatz,Inselrodrodelbahn und Rugand Turm innerhalb 10- 15 min Fussläufig zu erreichen. "Schimmel, Dreck und dringend nötige Renovierungsarbeiten Bedauerlicherweise war unser Zimmer sehr abgelebt und dreckig. Das Bad war stark verschimmelt. Das Reinigungspersonal hat das Zimmer auch während unseres Aufenthalts nicht sorgfältig gereinigt. Die Fotos zeigen den Zustand der Räumlichkeiten exemplarisch. Der im Zimmerpreis enthaltene Zugang zur Splash-Therme konnte nur wenig über den Zustand des Zimmers hinwegtrösten. Denn auch die Therme müsste dringend renoviert werden."
