"The good: comfortable bed, air conditioning, clean linen, complimentary tea, water and kettle to use. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of different foods to choose from. The bad: we could hear so much noise outside, from the rain, to other guests walking past or talking outside, to crying children in the middle of the night. First the good....few employees are 5 STAR: 1) Miss Mayan from the Reception is nice, polite, helpful, speaks good English. 2) Miss Rara from the Reception is nice and polite. 3) Mr. Harry for the Cafe/Restaurant is nice, polite. Now, the not so good...lots of NOISE. I FELT UNSAFE. NO INTERNET for few HOURS. NO ELECTRICITY for few HOURS. I will NOT GO TO this HOTEL."

"Super mooi hotel! Schoon, heel goed Indonesische eten en vriendelijk personeel. Ook het zwembad is heerlijk. In de middag heb je een koffie/thee moment met lekkere Indonesische gebakjes. Er is aan elk detail gedacht in dit hotel en de aankleding is prachtig. Niet twijfelen maar boeken. "

"I was on a business trip, my associate suggested this hotel and arranged for a private driver so i really didn't spend much time in the hotel. The staff was friendly, the place clean and the morning buffet is quite good. The room price is good, i used Expedia to book it. This property is next to a couple of malls which was good when my phone charger died, samsung is in the mall. One thing that is probably a problem for most people is the 4 am Muslim prayers blasting across the city. This happens 5 times per day. Otherwise i felt safe in the area."

"We booked 3 rooms and stayed 3 nights in this hotel. Everything was great: hotel was clean, staffs were great, beautiful decoration, cool koi pond, and the breakfast itself, with so many options, made us didn"t want to leave this place😄. This hotel is located in one of the best areas in Malang. I recommend this hotel and would stay here again when I'm in town. "
