"Air conditioning is working but not well. It is making no sense when their duvet is a very warm one and room temperature was never coming down to 22 or 23. Front desk staff gave us wrong information at beginning by saying our family with 3 people has to stay in on big bed when we booked a family room. Yes, she did mention it is really big bed but it still doesn’t make sense. And she also mentioned such rooms are not available which makes no sense because we have paid full price days ago. Later, when I argued about this makes no sense, she gave me a room and let me check the room but refuse to tell me what is the room look like. Then, when we come inside the room, we have 2 beds and my son can sleep on his own bed."

"If you're staying in Frankfurt for a few days, this is a really nice place to stay in a safe area that makes travelling easy. The location is great for accessing public transport, walking to the main shopping area and getting to the old town. There is a large fairly inexpensive multistorey public car park adjacent if you are driving, which is much cheaper than the Westin Grand's own parking. The hotel is large, modern and very clean. The staff at reception are friendly and helpful. The room is exactly as represented on the website pictures, and has the facilities you would expect (free guest WiFi, coffee machine, flatscreen TV etc.). I used the gym twice. It has weights equipment, treadmills and indoor bikes as well as a pool with sauna and steam room. I can't comment on the food provision. If I were in Frankfurt again, I would definitely stay her again."
