We were glad not to have to pay for “breakfast” since we are gone before breakfast, at most motels. We used to stay at Shilo Inns which is currently closed. We will now stay at the Cerulean, even when Shilo reopens"

"Room was clean, had everything we needed. It was nice and quiet but we had floor 4 room so no one was above us. The property was beautifully maintained and very peaceful. Loved all the walking paths. If I had one complaint it would be the bed was a bit to firm for me but besides that the room was perfect."

"Check in didn't go well as our assured reservation request with Melody in March for a top floor king bed on the lakeside was let go. The front guest clerk Alex didn't seem to care and showed no respect and was very dismissive. The rest of the staff was great"
