「I wasn't sure how to rate this place. There was nobody in the office when we arrived, but there was a phone number to call and we got a response right away. We never actually met the manager, but he was very helpful over the phone. Our room (not a standalone cabin) was dated but clean. 「Cabin was not ready for check in, so we left and went to Crater Lake. Checked in at 6: pm and went directly to Becky’s restaurant before they closed. When we got to the cabin, it was dirty and not well kept. Turns out they were short staffed at both the cabins and restaurant. Food was good. Everyone was real nice, but a bit stressed. We were going to stay longer, but cut our stay short.」

「I was in a horrible accident and went to see family that lives in Keno but I can’t navigate their property in my current condition. Most of my family stayed at local hotels and they regretted it when they saw the beautiful house. The kitchen was well equipped we were able to prepare meals and eat together the scenery is amazing.
