「Can’t beat the location. Not the newest property but the unit was nicely appointed and included Keurig and many kitchen/bath starters, such as shampoo, conditioner, kitchen soap/sponge, paper towels and linens. Steps to Arts for breakfast and/or cocktails. Beach was directly across the street—2 min. walk. We’ll be back!」

「We had a great stay! The cottage was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The decor was cozy and welcoming, and the beds were soft and comfortable. The kids’ room was thoughtfully set up. We especially enjoyed the back porch overlooking the golf course—it was such a peaceful spot to unwind. The hot tub was a great bonus and made our stay even more relaxing. Our hosts were accommodating and kept in near-instant communication, which made everything smooth and stress-free.」

「My family of 4 enjoyed our stay at the Saltaire Cottages. The location was better than I could have asked for - literally steps away from a beautiful beach with very few people. We did travel in Late May so it may have been before the crowds but it was perfect. There is a local bar and burger joint steps from the cottages which made it great for an evening drink and snacks. They also had delicious burgers! It was the perfect family vacation with some adventures - Wright Brothers museum and...

「This house has everything you need to enjoy the beach without the hassle of the beach. You can sit on the porch and breath in the ocean, or you can walk over the dune and be on the beach. There is an outdoor shower and 2 hoses so you can rinse off before either getting in the hot tub or going into the house. The house is spacious, has all you need to not have to eat out every meal. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed this house and making memories. Highly recommend.」

「Lovely cottage with real wood interior in a great location. Everything was nice and clean. Central AC. Kitchen is well furnished with basic dishes and flatware but we did bring our mobile kitchen with a heavy frying pan, carbon knives, coffee-making, drink-mixing kit. Beds are good (bring your own sheets). Short walk to the beach, near restaurants and services. Great communication.」

「SeaSpray was a very charming place. 4 cottages grouped together but with plenty of privacy and space. We stayed in Number 4 which is a quaint 1 bedroom. It was spacious yet maintained the era it was built. I would highly recommend staying here and look forward to our next get away.」
