"This is a fantastic property. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Although close to the main road (and easy access to local amenities, walks and beautiful beaches), it is quiet and peaceful. The kitchen is very well stocked and we enjoyed having the pool/ping pong table in the lounge. Would love to return for another stay."

Just down the road from fantastic Loch Arthur farm shop and cafe in Beeswing. Plus you can walk straight up from the lodge into the Mabie forest for a quick stroll or a long hike. All on your doorstep!"

"This was a great break in a gorgeous property. Everything was as described, including the facilities and location / proximity to the beach. I had no concerns about the dogs in the garden with the high and fully secure fence and all rooms were spacious to accommodate us. This was our third stay in Southerness and most certainly the best property we have stayed in. We will be back."

"Park Cottage is set in a lovely location in Cally Woods (so many great walks and cycle opportunities). Also with use of the Cally Palace Hotel facilities including the swimming pool. However the house was unclean, especially the kitchen with unusable pans and not enough cutlery to sit 9 people in one setting. There was black mould on the downstairs bathroom ceiling. "Very accommodating and made to feel very welcome - the room had everything you would need for a 1 night stay - decor very dated in need of a bit of paint - had a great shower - en-suite dated but spacious - bedding was clean and crisp - bed was hard so not for us but could suit someone else.
