There is underfloor heating, which is included in rental price, along with bedlinen, towels and power, as well as starter pack for woodburning stove. Outside there is off-road parking for two cars and a front garden with lawn and furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome and highchair and travel cot are available on request. Please be mindful that smoking is not permitted at the property. There is a shop and pub within 0.7 miles. Brookside is a beautiful dwelling for a countryside escape to Cumbria. Note: Check-in is from 4pm, check-out by 10am.
