9/10 Wonderful! (227 reviews)
The hotel was lovely, very well situated with wonderful views of the Cathedral. The staff were extremely helpful and the breakfast was very good, with local produce and additional extras - nothing was too much trouble. The building is very old and I would assume listed so the decor reflects that in keeping the original features such as the steep stairs which were actually fine to climb. Overall lovely stay and would definitely stay again.

Our rooms and indeed the whole hotel was clean, however it could do with some updating and maintenance. Breakfast was delightful with a good variety of continental and cooked breakfast ..."
