"The room was clean but the window had a forehead smudge from a previous guest. The bed was comfortable. The shower was nice but didn’t have much water pressure. Hallway needed vacuumed badly. Staff were all amazing. "

"My initial room was not cleaned properly. The bed looked wrinkled and like the maid just remade it from the previous guest. The towels looked used and refilled to try and look new. No makeup remover supplies like in the second room. A dirty bathroom sink with makeup and hair. The front desk was very kind and was able to give me another room that was properly cleaned and turned around for the next guest. But the hassle of changing rooms late at night with all my things was exhausting and unnecessary. The water in the giant water dispenser in the lobby did not taste right. "
