"Lost my room key while I was downstairs playing the slotss and the front desk lady was so helpful and got me a new room key and deactivated the old ones. Our waiter in the Grand Cafe was super sweet went out of his way to get my son a root beer even though they didn't have any at the restaurant. Definitely would recommend if you have kids or if you're going on a romantic getaway."
