"Staff was very accomodating. Really enjoyed the place, a bit old timey but for the price you cant beat it. Free Coffee in the lobby was Ok. Free bkfst, was yucks...but no worries Mcd up the road 3 minutes. Loved the manager and his family, they work hard to keep things nice."

"Disgusting property. We had a bag of dirty towels in our room. Barely any water out of the shower head/ only warm water no hot! Our door barely opened and closed without throwing body into it. Staff was absolutely rude as they get. We told them about our room and did not apologize for how disgusting it was. Parking lot was full of trash. 0/10 would never stay here."

"The stay was amazing, it was our first time visiting the area and the city was great but the Inn is tucked away in this quit corner that was peaceful and perfect for a weekend getaway. The staff was wonderful especially the mascot Bella. Overall 10/10 to stay, I will for sure be going back soon!!"

"The breakfast was a bit disappointing. The only meat option was sausage all weekend. Some of the other guests had no sense of personal space. While trying to enjoy the pool we had an unattended child keep rubbing up against us. Also while trying to get coffee, we had 2 kids push through us splashing our hot coffee. They seemed to know the staff since they kept going on to the stock room for the kitchen. Seemed to not be a very professionally ran business."

"My check-in experience at this Holiday Inn Michigan City was disappointing. I waited at the front desk for about five minutes before a staff member came out. Instead of greeting or assisting the guests who had been waiting in person, she answered the phone and helped the caller first. It was frustrating to stand there waiting only to be overlooked in favor of someone calling in. A simple acknowledgment or checking in the guests who were already at the desk would have made for a much better first...

"This hotel was just fine- not super clean, but fine for just sleeping in. i’m sure it must’ve been a busy time, but we almost couldn’t find a spot to park our car in the lot.The surfaces in the room were pretty grubby, and that’s just what we could see. The air in the room worked alright but it was super loud. Seems like a kind of “you get what you pay for” kind of situation."

"Appears to be newly built. Bathroom fixtures are still sparkly. Staff was just as sparkly and helpful. Had a fantastic stay."

"There was no office. Front of building including restaurant appeared shut down for renovations. No sign out front. Trashy people hanging around various places outside, so I left and found another place to stay."
