No smoking. Please note: This property has a security deposit of £100.. This pretty, terraced, holiday cottage boasting a southwest facing courtyard garden has been renovated yet retains its original charm and character. The North Norfolk Coastline, 4 miles, with white sandy beaches at Brancaster and Thornham, RSPB Sanctuaries at Titchwell, nature reserve at Holme and Peddars Way Coastal Path. Tucked away on a quiet lane in the village of Docking with duck pond, shop, tennis court and fishing lake all within walking distance. Burnham Market is 5 miles, seaside towns of Hunstanton and Wells-next-the-Sea within 10 miles. Close to the Royal Sandringham Estate and Holkam Hall. Fakenham, 10 miles. Holt, 24 miles. Norwich and Norfolk Broads an hour’s drive. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile.

A fabulous week, a home away from home and the weather was kind to us. Very quiet and perfectly placed to discover the north and west of Norfolk. Everything that you could possibly need was in this beautiful little cottage. Parking space is always a tick in our box and this was ideal. We also sat on chairs in the front garden and read our books in the afternoon sun. Thank you 🙏
