"I had a single room the night before the marathon - it was small and had everything i needed thank you. It was very clean, the staff were marvellous and helpful. Breakfast was very good too."

"Clean, pleasant staff, facilities as advertised, very good breakfast, ideally located on Tavistock square and near Russel Square, area felt safe. Minor comments, hot water for shower seems to come on at certain times, so something to be aware of. Level of isolation between rooms could be better. However, none of these were disruptive to my stay and would book again and a recommended hotel for a stay in London."

"Lovely welcome, great location for St Pancras and all the connections. Fairly small room, though fine for a 1 or 2 night stay. No issue for me, be aware no lift so if stairs are an issue request a lower level room."
