"Great stay. Very convenient stylish especially for the price. It's like having your own little apartment in the city. Full kitchen with Fridge. Nice Nespresso machine. Really quiet! Close to Transit and Downtown businesses + offices. Zero shopping nearby, but that's just Downtown Houston."

"Staff was very nice. My issue was with the insanely long wait times for the elevators and also, my partner and i were laying in bed at 9am when stuff busted in on us. Checkout isnt until 11am. Then we tried to relax more since i had a stressful long flight in the night before and we were awoken by the front desk calling our room. I missed the call but called them back asking why they had called our room. They said they didnt mean to. So two interruptions when we were just trying to relax after a very stressful day before. Unfortunately was not able to. Getting busted in on without a knock at all is enough for me not to come back especially since we paid $350 for this room for one night. Also the staff was yelling while cleaning the other rooms next to us at 10am right before they came into our room without notice or knocking. You can hear clear through the walls."

"I had a strange experience with the bar staff. I reported it to the manager who handled it well. But the Four Seasons no longer has the 5 star service it had when I was younger. They need to address that, retrain, and use spotters to root out those that don't make the cut."

"Lobby is nice, our room was dated, furniture and carpet were worn. Had to ask multiple times to get room vacuumed. "

"The floor we were on had wall paper falling off the walls, it smelled like marijuana, and we had water dripping out of our shower ceiling for no apparent reason whatsoever. The breakfast buffet looked pitiful, don’t pay for it. Bed was as expected. Everything was showing unmanaged wear and tear."

"It looks like a nice European boutique-style hotel, but it’s just a Marriott with a cheap, polyester beret. No real amenities to speak of, the food is low quality and cheap. Bad attitude with Marlén at the front desk. Just a gross place. "
