「Shower head was broke. Which makes me wonder if they even cleaned the shower because how can you rinse it without a shower head? Shower is clogged and does not drain. Even after having it fixed it still did not drain. Could not get extra towels. Walls look disgusting and things were not cleaned well. Room smelled like sweat. No extra toilet paper in room. No fan or A/C. Also had to wait until the next day for the shower to get fixed so could not shower before bed and had to wait 24 hours to do...

「朝食のアレルギー対応の食事があるか何度もメッセージを送ったが、返事が一切無かった。そして滞在前に事前チェックインのメッセージがホテル側から届いたが、旅行中で忙しい為（4室もあり対応に時間がかかることから）、ホテル到着時にチェックインする旨をメッセージしたが、また返事が無い。翌朝また事前チェックインのメッセージだけ送られて来て、仕方なく忙しい中、事前チェックインを行った。ホテルに到着すると、すぐに鍵が渡される訳ではなく、またチェックイン作業があり、非常に手間がかかるホテルだった。スタッフも快い対応では無かったことが、せっかく良いホテルに宿泊したはずが、残念な点だった。朝食は大変素晴らしく、朝食のスタッフの対応だけは良かったことが救いとなった。」

Rooms are well designed and comfortable, though the air conditioning unit in our room periodically made grinding sounds — seemed only when adjusting to new set temperature— and did not happen while sleeping at night. 「The Main level of the hotel is kept beautifully. Bedrooms were ok. Bathrooms need fixing up. . Beds comfortable. There was no shampoo is bathroom and the carpet needed vacuuming. Breakfast was solid. Bedrooms felt just a bit shabby.」

「The standard of accomodation came as a great surprise. Everything was immaculate. Very spacious beautifully decorated bedrooms. Very friendly and helpful host Orla made check in flawless. Would definitely recommend. Continenal breakfast had lots of choice from beautiful fresh berries and other fruits, fresh yogurts, cereals, and a selection of breads,jams etc very good.」
