My mother and I had a great sleep, beds were so comfortable and the bathroom was so big. We enjoyed our breakfast together. The food and choices were great. Having a restaurant downstairs and next door really gives you plenty of choices.

Really need to update there little windows in the rooms to triple glaze and that they close properly especially at the front of the hotel. Also the black out curtains in the room could do with be a bigger on width so that they fit completely wall to wall and not let light in :) Only had breakfast but was nice and plenty of choice. Eat tea twice in the adjoining restaurant jules and wow the food was really lovely 😋, can be a bit noisy but dosnt effect the service or food, would definitely recommend it 😀

Rooms were clean but dated. Staff very helpful and friendly, gave us a quiet room at the back of the hotel. Useful to have free parking. On the first morning when we went for breakfast there were no clear tables and it took a while to get one cleared. A good range of breakfast (including porridge) but we weren't that keen on the sausages or hash browns. The location is a bit awkward when arriving by car and we made a hash of both arriving and leaving, but that was in part dur to our inability to read the map!

Family from New Zealand. We spent 3 nights as a family of teenagers while visiting Dublin. Although outside of Dublin city centre, this hotel is conveniently located near a park n ride tram station (Red Cow) that takes you right into Dublin city centre. This tram also goes directly passed the famous Guiness factory. The hotel was, huge, clean and friendly staff during our stay. Being from NZ the staff accommodated this by putting the Allblacks vs Springboks game on for us. It offers free parking which is a bonus, the restaurant on-site provided many options to choose from. Our room was cleaned daily, it was quiet and water bottles were provided each day. I do not know what other reviewers expect when they are booking a 4 star hotel to give a poor review but this place exceeded our expectations. We have traveled throughout England, France and Scotland before staying here in various hotels, airbnbs and this hotel overall tops many places we have stayed. I would definitely recommend this hotel

Really lovely and convenient hotel right next to a great restaurant (along with having their own great one as well) and a gas station with a nicely-stocked convenience store. The room was spacious and comfortable with a lot of nice amenities (I did miss having hair conditioner and body/hand lotion). Unfortunately one thing that was quite difficult for us needing to work remotely during our stay was the lack of reliable, strong WiFi. It worked okay but slowly and I could only do voice calls without the use of my camera on as the lag was so significant as to be problematic. Sometimes the WiFi would not work almost at all with download and upload speeds so slow as to be essentially useless. I would highly recommend that the hotel looks into an upgrade for their WiFi. Other than that, the check-in process was smooth and the staff were so helpful and kind, including at their restaurant. Our meals were great, and the hotel was a nice place to stay near Dublin.
