Hotel staff was nice and accommodating after letting them know our room had not been cleaned since we arrived. We also had to ask for extra towels and washcloths in addition to some leaking in our bathroom around the toilet. Other than that it was a nice stay. They gave two drink vouchers per person.

This place was beautiful amenities were great. However i only issue was no toilet paper for 2 bathrooms between 3 women. Again other than that our stay was beautiful

I booked this hotel at the last minute, and it was such a win. The hotel is like a work of art itself, perfectly located to be quiet and yet close to everything we wanted to visit. I am planning a few more visits in the upcoming year and will always check this one first. Highly recommend!

"The staff was great and the facilities nice. My room did have loose flooring that buckled up and the pool is disgusting. It resembles the reflecting pool in all the bad ways. Overall, I liked the location very much, but it does need a couple of improvements."
