The service at The Dylan was superb! Everything from the desk staff to restaurant was first rate. We stayed three days before flying to London for a brief visit before returning. The staff was helpful in putting our extra luggage aside until we returned, at which time everything was brought to our room in advance. We highly recommend staying here!

Everything about the property surpassed our expectations. The property was beautiful and clean and very well kept. The cuisine was delicious especially Kathleen's Kitchen which we dined at 3 nights. The Carriage House Pantry had the best cappuccino I've ever had and they offered a wide range of food options for breakfast and lunch. The spa was incredible and quiet with full use of the pool, hot tub and steam room/sauna. The staff was AMAZING too many to count but some of the memorable ones were, Ann (Manager) Jake, Terrance, Brian, (doormen/concierge) Katie (masseuse) wait staff in Kathleen's and so many others. I would say the only thing missing is a gelato bar in the lobby. Other than that if you are looking to stay just for golf or as a couple looking for a quieter stay this is the place! It's rich with history and you can almost feel the aristocrats there with you as you walk the halls.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful. The room was dated and a bit worn. Location was excellent and bar crowd was fun.

The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood that is not too far from the city center. The airport shuttle and city bus stop is right in front of the hotel making getting around town is so easy. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of breakfast options. Plenty of seating in the restaurant so there was no waiting for breakfast. The room was spacious and comfortable.
