"The lack of reception/ staff at the hotel made the experience v clinical. They did not release the code to enter until 3pm and had not let us know this- having previously said we would get an email 24 hours before so I tried chasing it to ensure I had correctly booked the rooms. Breaksat was cosy with the cooked breakfast cooked to order- v pleasant"

"Indre from reception was really friendly and helpful, would go an extra mile. The other member of staff Arvydas wasn’t so nice. The apartment was very clean and had everything I needed, however one big disappointment was that windows didn’t open. And I prefer fresh air over the AC. It would be nice if this would be included in booking information."

"Worst stay in hotel ever. Hotel is probably 2 stars. - One towel only provided had to ask for another one - Empty shower gel and soap dispensers in the bathroom, had to request housekeeping to sort it out. - Hairs everywhere in the shower stuck on the taps which could have been easily cleaned. - Bed sheets not fully done properly. - The room had door joined to the other room which gas zero noise insulation, other hotel guests were loud and also came back early morning waking us up.
