Comfortable Place, Nice Location

We enjoyed our stay. Just a short walk to nice sunsets and less than 10 minutes from anywhere in Kihei. Host Megan was very responsive and easy to work with, would stay here again.

Loved it!!

We loved everything about it! The location was perfect, it was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Proerty owner was very prompt in answering any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Condo 313 had fabulous view of ocean, huge balcony with all windows beautiful days during Halloween time. Wish they had elevator up 3 flights of sturdy stairs. Well stocked on towels, paper products and laundry soap.

Property is very well maintained all necessary things available

It's great being at a walking distance to the beach. Quite area people are so respectful and friendly. Being in Kihei are was enjoyable, didn't seem to tourist which made it nice. For our first time in Maui, we are leaving with a very memorable visit that we'll always remember and have something to share with friends.

Beautiful, well kept property with an amazing view. Conveniently located for excursions around the island. Beach right in front of condo and has a pool on the property. Condo is very roomy and well laid out. Beds are super comfy. Fantastic cross breeze goes through apartment so don’t even need air conditioners with the ceiling fans. Awesome sunsets. Wish we would have had more time here to enjoy the property. Megan was very quick to respond to any questions or requests we had. Would definitely return.

Super clean, spacious, and close to everything!

We had an amazing time staying at unit 313 at Kihei Holiday. The condo was super clean, included all the essential ammenities, and the rental car add on was a nice bonus. The pool was refreshing after a day of snorkeling and beach time and the condo is located in a super convenient location. We will most definitely stay there again. Mahalo to Megan and Bryan!

Great Location.

Overall I was very happy with my stay at Megan's rental. Kihei is a good place to set up a base camp for your Maui vacation, and the view from the condo is beautiful. When we first got in the rental wasn't ready, but Megan was easy to get in touch with and she tried to remedy the issues as soon as she could. I would recommend staying here.

A wonderful place to stay in Maui.

The weather was amazing. We loved Big Beach and Kamaole Beach Park III. The road to Hana, surf lessons in Lahaina and a visit to Paia were are all highlights. The townhouse is well equipped with beach gear in addition to a great location across from Sugar Beach - ideal for long sunrise and sunset walks. We’ll be back!

The property was amazing, well kept, clean, beautiful flowers.

Great location. So close to the beach. The pool was perfect as well. Nice to be close to amenities yet far enough to be quiet and private. We were able to walk to grocery store and some restaurants. It felt central, part of the action , yet somewhat quiet. Perfect. We would stay again. The closeness of the beach was the big draw.

This two bedroom condo has a fabulous view of the ocean from the lanai. It is well-located on Sugar Beach - quiet, yet easy to get around from. All modern conveniences are available and in excellent working condition. The owner responds quickly to messages. Overall, a great vacation "hale".

Maui stay

My sister and I were visiting Maui for a funeral. I liked the reviews on this place. I reached out to Megan - immediate response from her and she was very helpful. We loved the place! One suggestion only - replace the drap on the big widow. Those outside had to be rolled up because of the strong winds. Made it awfully bright and warm as the sun was setting. I'd stay there again for sure. Thank you!

It was nice to hear the ocean from the living room and deck. Great location! It's close to Kihei without being directly in the busyness of the town. The green light was not on in the unit at check in to be able to locate it from the parking lot, which was not ideal with a late flight arrival. The owner has nice automated messages, but appears to be too busy to actually manage the property if there is an issue. The smoke detector went off at 3am on our first night there. I silienced it by standing on a kitchen chair. I messaged the owner at 7am. I received an automated response a couple hours later. I responded again. She stated her husband would come over fix it, as it was beeping again, and I didn't want to be woken again that night. Over four hours later after multiple messages and the husband never arriving, she "loaded up her kids" to come over to change the battery. I work in hospitality. I did not feel cared for by this owner.

The instructions we got prior to arriving from the expedia website are not accurate. Megan, will send directions to your email with a link to the VRBO app with check in directions and codes. We had flight delays and layovers and arrived to the property at 3 am our time. Using the codes listed on the expedia page did not work. Thankfully I had screenshot Megan's number. She called back within 15 minutes and gave us the actual passcodes. We enjoyed our stay very much after the initial confusion!

whale of a good time

Stayed here for 3 weeks- perfect home base for discovering much of what Maui has to offer. Walked beach daily. Road into Kihei was without shoulder or sidewalks for much of the distance, so that was problematic and felt unsafe. Bus service adequate with planning but somewhat infrequent. The condo was comfortable, but a bit crowded with two couples. another bathroom would have been appreciated, but the extra sink area near the full-sized washer and dryer helped. The kitchen was adequate for breakfast and lunch, but a bit lacking for more complicated meal prep. View from lanai amazing, especially during whale season.Binoculars added to our enjoyment. Good communication via e-mail. the condo grounds were well-maintained. good parking and the pool area and grill were a nice addition. Good value. Happily return next year, ideally late Jan, Feb or early March.

Don't think twice - this is a great vacation home!

Booking was easy, Owner (Megan) responds quickly. Very accurate description of property. Quiet, great location, great price. Would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. A couple of notes (not complaints): Sunset view depends on time of year. Sunsets are spectacular over the water no matter what, but in winter, the actual view of the sun hitting the horizon is hidden by a tree. Once the sun comes north again in the spring it must be a rockin' view. Don't panic if the the A/C has been off before you get there. There's a great breeze front to back, and the wall unit will cool things down and keep them cool once you settle in. We arrived relatively late at night on a warm day, and the A/C had been off all day. Took some time to cool, but it' s fine once you get settled. Unit has everything you need to be comfortable - towels, kitchen, etc. All in would recommend this to anyone, and would stay there next trip to Maui!

We had a wonderful stay. The place was clean and spacious. Megan was a great host - replied to our questions right away. Will definitely stay there again.

Amazing

One of the best views here! Megan and Bryan were super nice and really easy to work. Location is so close to everything. Thank you again Megan and Bryan. It was absolutely amazing!!

Wonderful!

The condo is in a great location and is well equipped. Beds are comfy and the sunsets from the lanai are lovely. Meghan is easy to deal with and follows up on everything.
