Walk along the beach and experience beautiful sunsets framed by swaying coconut palms.

The Space:
Located on One of Maui's longest Sandy beaches! Nani Kai Hale 509 sits along miles of sugary sand beach! This is a one bedroom condo with two full bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Split AC system in the main living area and in the bedroom. This is Maui Life! Nani Kai Hale has a amazing beach side heated pool. Nice green lawn right next to the beach. Centrally located to South, West Maui. Situated conveniently in north end of Kihei; you can walk to farmers market, ABC store, canoe clubs. Maalaea and Kihei shops and restaurants only a few miles away. 15 minutes from the airport.

Sleeping up to 4:
King size bed in the bedroom and two full size sleeper sofa’s in the living room.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped kitchen, toaster, blender, Keurig Coffee Maker etc.

Lanai:
There is a bistro table with 2 chairs outside on our lanai area. This is easily our favorite spot to hang out.

Bathroom:
Two remodeled bathrooms with walk in shower.

AC/Ceiling fans:
AC and ceiling fans in both rooms (Living and Bedroom)

TV:
Smart TV’s in the bedroom and living room.

Pool/BBQ:
The Condo property has BBQ gas grills a gated heated pool with sun loungers, beach umbrellas and beautiful ocean views.

Beach equipment:
We provide everything you will need for beach comfort: Beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, cooler. If you wish to rent SUP's (Stand-Up-Paddle) or surf boards, boogie boards, snorkel equipment there are many rental vendors located nearby.

Washer and dryer inside the unit

Unit:
Our condo is on the 5 floor. Parking is free.

Nani Kai Hale Pool Renovation Project:
The Pool and BBQ area of the Nani Kai Hale will be closed Jul 10 - Sep 1, 2023. The project will be done in two sections. First pool and walkway to the pool. Second the BBQ area and walkway from gate to the BBQ area.
