Maui Sunset B309, great location in Kihei! This 1bedroom/2bathroom condo is the perfect Maui getaway! Enjoy peaks of the ocean and the beautifully manicured grounds from your private lanai.

As you enter Maui Sunset B309 you are welcomed with the Aloha of the islands! This inviting condo is perfect for small families or couples traveling together. Take in the magical sunset while dining al fresco on your lanai.

The living space is the perfect place to unwind after of fun filled day on the island. With convertible queen sofa sleeper, flat screen TV, ceiling fan and AC to keep cool anytime of year.

The kitchen is well equipped with plate ware and utensils as well as all of the cooking items any chef would need. There is quaint dining area, also with seating for four.

Drift off for a restful night's sleep in this charming primary bedroom. With queen bed, crisp linens, ceiling fan and window AC. The ensuite bath with tiled shower and vanity area.

Guest bath is conveniently off the main living space, with shower. Washer/dryer allow for lighter packing.

Maui Sunset is a great resort style property located in North Kihei. Enjoy the 5.5 acres of immaculately maintained oceanfront grounds. Enjoy the BBQ grills, 60-foot tile swimming pool, hot tub, activities desk, putting green, shuffleboard, tennis courts, and workout room. Seconds to the ocean and very family-friendly.

While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or decor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.

Very quiet area. Pool was busy but nice. Stores and dining very close. Really nice beach just down the road we went to everyday. Late check in was a bit odd. No real direction on where the unit was. Used the late check in phone and an old security guard came out. Was mad we were bothering him but was helpful in the end. Was scared before the trip because we were not sent info about the unit and codes. No numbers for contact and when you email nobody responds. But great unit and we would probably return.

Nice apartment with a well-stocked kitchen. Lots of great amenities like pool, grills, washer/dryer. Tennis and pickleball are courts very close by. The good beaches are a ways away, however. I do wish the sidewalks on S. Kihei road extended north to the property; walking to/from restaurants and bars is a bit harrowing with all the traffic. Do be sure to read the fine print in the property details. The headline of the listing mentioned free late checkout and a free 6th night, but that was apparently only during certain times of the year. Overall a nice place to stay.

Family vacation

The property is very well maintained, the building and decor are a bit dated but very well kept. We will absolutely book here again. It is in a great location with easy access to everything we wanted to do.

Lovely Place

The stay was wonderful, and the location fantastic. A few errors on communication ( no late checkout as advertised ) and stated that we would have coffee for the first morning - there was none. As a note it would be nice to have plastic wrap and aluminum foil for use. Came with nice beach chairs, and a large balcony with 4 chairs and a table. The grounds were taken very good care of, the pool and the BBQs were great. Just steps from the beach and plenty of beautiful daily sunsets.

Good,place.to stay

The condo is clean, well equipped with every thing, you need for your stay. Only I would do to improve the stay would be to get a new bed , it needs to be replaced. Also the TV needs to show the local channels ,TV very confusing how to use. The condo is very nice I would stay there again.

Honeymoon in Kihei

Honeymoon bliss....Beautiful property, perfect for our needs. Everything was as described. bonus was the local sea turtles would beach themselves on the beach at night. what a magical site. We love Mauii, and have found a new favorite location for our next visit.

Cute Little Condo

Easy check in, great communication via email, accurate description. AC should be allowed to go lower than 72 as our who children suffer from seasonal allergies really had issues with stuffy noses during the night (We live on Oahu, so we understand the cost of electricity, however, health and wellbeing come first, especially when it comes to our children). Master shower had zero water pressure; had to use other bathroom shower which worked great, but there was no place to store our brought toiletries while showering. A bit pricey, but overall a good experience.

I have stayed here many times over 30 years. It's a great location for getting to Wailea, Lahaina, Kaanapali, Paia, Upcountry. The property is well managed and the management is responsive.

Overall good

Overall good place to stay, however multiple times they ran out of propane outside (changes your dinner plans last minute) and the washing machine was absolutely disgusting. In order to use the dryer we had to clean it out. The grounds are beautiful, parking is easy, checking in/out was a piece of cake, and it’s nice and quiet during quiet hours.

Everything was great, the only issue we had was not with the condo, it was with some of the guest.

Condo was great, property is beautiful. It's a non smoking resort, yet we couldn't enjoy our mornings on the lanai as some guest were smoking each morning. Other than that small issue it was a great experience and we'd definitely go back, hopefully next time there will be no smoking.
