  • Ma'alaea Surf, Unit G9 is a townhouse unit situated on the second floor which offers our guest total privacy. This unit has stunning ocean views and overlooks the large pool. This elegant unit features a fully furnished gorgeous kitchen and is equipped with central AC, Flat Screen TV, convenient parking, BBQ areas and washer/dryers located in guest laundry on property. It also includes all linens, towels, beach towels and housekeeping service.

    Enjoy whale watching or Maui's majestic sunsets from your spacious private patio (lanai). The maximum occupancy in this unit is 6. All units at the Maalaea Surf Resorts are non-smoking.

    Our property is NOT impacted by the recent news regarding potential short-term rental (STR) restrictions in Maui. Because we are zoned as a hotel property, we are exempt from the County of Maui's proposed STR regulations.
