Welcome to our 2BR unit with partial ocean view located at the Kamaole Sands in South Kihei. This two story unit has plenty of space for your family and is just steps away from Kamaole Beach park and close to shopping, dinning and golfing.

This 2BR/2BA unit with partial ocean view from the lanai has approximately 1188sq. ft. and is located on the 4th floor in the building #7 at the Kamaole Sands. The condo is close to nightlife, shopping, dinning, public transport, the city center and many other beaches. You’ll love this condo because of the outdoors space, the neighborhood and the beaches in front of the complex. This place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families.

The condo features queen size beds in both bedrooms and a sofa sleeper, a lanai, two bathrooms with a shower, washer and dryer, three TV's as well as a fully equipped Kitchen. Beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels and a cooler are provided for our guests use. There is one portable air conditioning in the downstairs bedroom and one big ductless split AC in the living room. Approximately 170 yards away from Kamaole Beach Park!

The resort requires that all guests register at the office upon arrival. The resort will collect a $40 plus tax one time resort/registration fee upon your arrival. This provides you access to the parking, pool, spas and gym. Unassigned parking.

Great Spot

Very comfortable and good location - easy walk to the beach and some fun food options. Mattresses were a bit soft for our preference but that's not a huge drawback. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location for my family

Across the street from the beach, this resort condo was great for playing in the ocean with the kids and just relaxing. Checkin at the resort came with an extra fee for facility usage and parking. The stairs and loft made for a unique and fun experience.

Amazing condo close to the beach

The condo was amazing and fit our family perfectly. The host was also great! She responded quickly to all my inquiries. The only concern (which has nothing to do with the host or condo) is that you can throw balls or anything in the pool. If you kids like to play loud, they will ask you to be quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay for a family!

We really enjoyed our family time with kids and grandparents here at the Kamaole Sands. Our host was a helpful communicator in regard to the questions we had. The condo had all the essentials and was in great condition. The pool, tennis courts, and gym are well cared for and the property grounds are beautiful, perfect for families with young kids. Ease of access to such a nice beach Kamaole III across the street with a kids playground was very meaningful. Tasty food was just down the street for a walk or short drive. We spent most of our time at the pool and the beach as everything was quite convenient. What a relaxing trip! We look forward to coming back again!
