Kamaole Sands 10-412 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo on the 4th floor that can accommodate up to 6 guests and has a window A/C unit in the living area. The resort has an elevator for convenient access to this 4th-floor condo. You'll enjoy the ocean and West Maui Mountain views from this condo in the desirable Building 10 location! The loft bedroom features a new king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combination, flat screen TV, and ocean views! The guest bedroom offers a queen size bed and twin-size bunk beds. The guest bathroom also has a shower/tub combination. This condo has a washer and dryer and complimentary WIFI.

Unit 10-412 has new furnishings and décor. Enjoy the dining area for 6 and cooking meals in the fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances. In the comfortable living room area you will find a queen sleeper sofa for extra guests and a flat screen TV equipped with cable.

Kamaole Sands is 15 acres of tropical grounds with amenities such as tennis courts, an expansive pool area with wading pool, two spas, exercise facility, BBQ with outdoor dining area, and parking. Kamaole Sands Resort is located in South Maui in a town called Kihei across the street from Kamaole III Beach, a nice beach for swimming, snorkeling, sunbathing, and spotting sea turtles! It is close to many shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. Located in South Kihei, this resort is close to many of Maui's top 10 beaches, such as Wailea Beach and Makena Beach.

For the safety of all guests and to ensure proper emergency communication, Kamaole Sands requires all guests to check in at the front desk upon arrival. My Perfect Stays provides your reservation details in advance, so the front desk staff will be expecting you and ready to welcome you. Please note that failure to complete the check-in process will result in a $100 fee charged to the guest.

Kamaole Sands charges a resort fee, which is already included in your reservation total—we'll take care of this on your behalf.

Clean Modern condo

We have stayed at Kamaole Sands 4 separate times. The property is absolutely gorgeous and a short walk across the street to the beach. The condo was clean and fully stocked. Would book again here.

Great condo for families

This condo was perfect for our family. Bunk beds, lots of beach equipment including a wagon to haul our stuff. Nicely manicured resort with a large, heated pool, two jacuzzis and a kiddie pool. Right across the street from Kamaole 3 beach park and centrally located in Kihei. Thank you so much.

Great condo by the beach

Our entire family had an amazing stay here. Beds were comfortable, location is perfect and the management was incredible. Highly recommend staying here. Only draw back was the upstairs bedroom gets a little warm during the day but it cooled off perfectly at night so we didn’t worry.

This condo was perfect for our small group. You have the perfect ocean view, the condo stays cool, and you’re directly across the street from a great beach! Amazing trip

We loved our stay at Kamaole. The condo was great! We enjoyed the beach chairs for nightly sunset watching across the street at the beach. My boys used the boogie boards. We are a family of five with the three teenagers and there was plenty of space.

Great location

This was the perfect location to have easy access to the beach. It was also close enough to walk to restaurants and other places. Only complaint was the house wasn’t stocked with much when it was expecting 8 people. We had to go out and buy toilet paper and other things the second day we were there.

Wonderful Stay!

This unit exceeded our expectations. Beautiful view from the lanai and the unit was very clean. Kitchen was well stocked and so was the beach equipment, which we used and appreciated. Loved that one of the bedrooms had a bunk bed and a separate double (or queen?) bed. Made it easier for our teens to share the room. Great communication and it was so easy to check in. Would love to stay here next time!
