We truly enjoyed our stay! We were a family of 4 and two grandparents and this condo was amazing for us! We had everything we needed to be comfortable and having the wagon for the beach helped so much with bringing beach chairs and the cooler down!The beach across the street is one of our favourites and the kids loved the pool and kids hot tub! We will definitely be back!

Great condo by the beach

This condo was clean and in great shape, the bunk beds for the kids was a plus. Excellent location and loved all the beach equipment that was provided. Would stay here again and recommend to others.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The property was clean and comfortable. It contained everything that we needed for the beach, including chairs, boogie boards, ice chest, a wagon). The property management provided excellent communication and a through description of the expectations for check-in and check-out. We would definitely stay at this property again when visiting Maui.

Beautiful view in Kihei

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It’s perfect location and has a gorgeous view of the ocean and sunsets. Was clean, comfortable beds and nice well equipped kitchen. Would stay here again for sure!

Clean Modern condo

We have stayed at Kamaole Sands 4 separate times. The property is absolutely gorgeous and a short walk across the street to the beach. The condo was clean and fully stocked. Would book again here.

Would stay again!

Our entire family had an amazing stay here. Beds were comfortable, location is perfect and the management was incredible. Highly recommend staying here. Only draw back was the upstairs bedroom gets a little warm during the day but it cooled off perfectly at night so we didn’t worry.

Wonderful Stay

We loved our stay at this condo! Everything we needed was right there, LOVED having all the beach essentials to use as well! Beach was right across the road and a quick walk every day! The grounds were well kept and staff we encountered were friendly! Would definitely stay again!

Great condo for families

This condo was perfect for our family. Bunk beds, lots of beach equipment including a wagon to haul our stuff. Nicely manicured resort with a large, heated pool, two jacuzzis and a kiddie pool. Right across the street from Kamaole 3 beach park and centrally located in Kihei. Thank you so much.

This was the best week I could've asked for, at the best location. Kamaole Sands is across the street from a beautiful beach that was never too busy or crowded. It is a nice morning walk away from a Kihei Caffe and Starbucks. It's an easy drive distance to so many beaches/snorkel areas/restaurants, etc. The place itself was spacious and cozy and had everything we needed for our week there! (not to mention the pool and hot tub!)

Wonderful Stay!

This unit exceeded our expectations. Beautiful view from the lanai and the unit was very clean. Kitchen was well stocked and so was the beach equipment, which we used and appreciated. Loved that one of the bedrooms had a bunk bed and a separate double (or queen?) bed. Made it easier for our teens to share the room. Great communication and it was so easy to check in. Would love to stay here next time!

Amazing Bonuses

Everything was super convenient. They had multiple sets of keys and a key in the lockbox which made it easy for multiple people in our party to enter the condo easily. They also had so many bougie boards, pool noodles, floaties, beach chairs, and even an umbrella. This saved us so much time and money.

Excellent location and view

We arrived very late and were a tad confused where the office was but got settled in. The AC was much needed and everything so comfortable from the pillows to the mattresses. We have kids who can’t swim and they provided life jackets, bogey boards, and beach towels. I was impressed with the space and everything that was available to us. The beach was right across the street and, overall, the location was right in the middle of everything. We will be booking annual trips here in the future.

Great place right by the beach

Overall, really loved this place. Very clean, comfy and well stocked. Appreciated TVs in both bedrooms. Should note that the AC really only cools the main living room. The bedrooms gets really hot at night. Luckily they do have multiple fans in the bedrooms but still quite warm. The screen door for the lanai was off the rails but it was so hot, we didn't want to let the cold air from the AC out anyway. Location is right across the street from Kamaole Beach III but just down the street from Kamaole Beach II which was more appropriate for kids. Biggest issue was we called/reached out to property management the first day re: checking in and never heard back. That said, we liked the place enough to come back. :)

Five Star

I would give My Perfect Stays a 5 star rating. They were excellent in all communication and information. I couldn't have asked for a better company to go through. When we had a small issue in the condo, they responded immediately. They were receptive and timely with all questions and responses. The condo itself was great and an excellent location for seeing all of Maui. The reason for the 3 stars is the Kamaole Sands pool staff. They were incredibly rude and condescending to guests. We actually decided not to use the pool anymore during our stay which my kids weren't happy about. The person we checked in with was also not very friendly. Thankfully, We found that not to be the case with the rest of the island community and loved our stay in beautiful Maui!

Very nice property

Our original place we booked was a 3 bedroom condo. About a month before our trip we were emailed that it was no longer available due to plumbing issues. The only thing that was offered after that was a 2 bedroom with bunk beds. Very disappointed and cramped for our group of 7. But being so close to our trip and the time it would have taken for a refund we were left with very little choice. Other than that, the view was beautiful and we had front row seats to a sunset every night. The place was clean and well maintained. We had boogies boards, a wagon, snorkeling gear, an umbrella and beach chairs, for us to use and take to the beaches. We could walk directly to the beach every morning and the property had outdoor showers to get the sand and salt off you after a day at the beach. Check in was easy and the front desk staff was very nice!
