Foreign owned property. Rooms extremely small. Bedsheets clean but with holes. Smoking in rooms was allowed which I did not like at all. Stuff was friendly. Location safe. On site Asian convenient store. Restaurant only started breakfast at 7 so I could not eat before the airport. Onsite shuttle to airport included in services

This hotel is a bit dated and could use a remodel. We overall enjoyed the stay since we weren't in the room as much. There was only AC in the bedroom, so we had to keep the living room windows open most of the time, since the AC in the bedroom was barely enough to keep it cool. The thermostat was set to 20 degrees Celsius so if you need to sleep cooler that wasn't an option. Maybe if the AC was mounted on a wall that blew the air on you at night that would have been better (currently it is located in a corner, that is over the night stand and a small part of the head of the bed). We ended up sleeping at the foot of the bed to try and feel that air at night while asleep. The staff including the hotel security were amazing!! Everyone was kind, friendly and eager to assist. The shuttle was scheduled and the driver was prompt getting us loaded and back to the airport. The of the 3 days we ate breakfast, only on one day was the food on the serving dishes hot (maybe the warmers were out of fuel). You could always get a hot omlet since it was cooked to order. It appeared as though the food had been sitting for a while. After a few days we opted to just go out for breakfast to get a hot meal and fresh fruit. My biggest wish is that there was an option for a non-smoking room. Our room had been smoked in and there were some burn hole in the upholstery of the foot rest in the bedroom and in the curtains in both the bedroom and the living room.

Good value for business

Well priced hotel . Has its own little casino and a Chinese restaurant but no separate bar area. Staff were pleasant and food good and well priced .

A nice place to stay

I've really enjoyed my stay at the Dmall Hotel as the hotel was amazing. Cleanliness is a priority and the room also spacious at Dmall Hotel. I enjoyed the breakfast too and hope to be back again.

Superb location. Friendly and helpful staff. The king size bed and it's matras is what one would expect in 5 star hotel. It's attached Chinese resto renders the stay into a culinary delight. Keep it up and this is definitely my favourite hotel in East Africa.

Nice hotel. Love they offered airport transportation. That’s always important for me. Nice city view from my hotel room. Breakfast was ok. They’re more of an Asian hotel so their food selection was mostly Asian instead the of an African cuisine. Wish the hotel had a pool. Overall great hotel to stay at.

Staff were excellent! So helpful. The airport shuttle was great. Clean with comfortable beds. AC worked but was noisy. Bar fridge didn’t work well and was noisy. Wall paper was peeling and water damaged. Gym was in disrepair and unusable.
