Two bedroom fully furnished apartment located in Nyarutarama. The unit has all amenities and utilities ( elevator, unlimited solar hot water, Wi-Fi etc.) It is in a huge compound with enough parking, swimming pool, restaurant and a gym. Unit has all appliances including a dual washing machine and a smart TV. The unit is well guarded and has 24hrs front office service.
The apartment unit is located in a serene and calm neighborhood, on a tarmac road, next to supermarkets, restaurants, hospitals, and different embassies. It is 15 minutes drive from the airport, 8 minutes ride from golf course, 6 minutes drive from the tennis club, and 10 minutes drive to King Faisal Hospital. It is surrounded by a beautiful lake view.
