"We love this quaint, quiet retreat. We’ve stayed twice here and it is a hidden gem. It’s beautiful, green and quiet. We stayed in the original cabin with the rainfall showerhead and it was lovely. The little side yard was perfect for our dogs but it needs some TLC. We would hate to see this lovely little place to fall into disrepair. Encouraging the owner to spend a dime and put some effort into rouge and lipstick for the place. If I could buy it, that’s exactly what I’d do."
Secluded on 9 acres Beautiful 6,000+ Sq. Ft. Cabin, 6 Bd 4.25 Bath
10/10 Excellent
"The home and property was better than advertised. And so many fun games for our kids, grandkids and even for my wife and I. This is the perfect property for a large family. We were 10 plus one friend of our oldest granddaughter. They loved the downstairs court to practice volleyball. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. And a great view off the patio. We are very happy to have found this for our annual family 4th of July vacation."
"Great location with proximity to downtown activities but removed to give a retreat feeling. Nice large bathroom that includes a washer and dryer. Kitchenette is great and the host even left us cookies to warm up!"
The Treehouse - Prescott’s Favorite, Family-Friendly, 5min to DT
10/10 Excellent
"The house was great! We loved the patio, the treehouse vibes and how bright it was. You feel like you're fully immersed in the woods but you're 2 miles from downtown, which was so nice with visiting for the 4th of July. The house was so clean, had many options for games, plenty of towels, blankets, pillows, dishes etc. We would love to stay at the home again someday!! Thank you for everything!"
"Great little cabin all the amenities you need. It was perfect for what we were looking for. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but close to everything especially downtown."
