"I love hotels.com and have used for years. I do NOT like Onejey, who uses Expedia. I always request a room on the first floor if there is no elevator, as I have vertigo and my MIL has bad knees. Stairs are dangerous. Unfortunately my last couple of months of travelling the message is not conveyed from the reservation through, I think, Expedia or something. Yes the rooms are good but I always hope I don’t fall down stairs because the message was not forwarded. "

"We loved our stay at this truly Charming Bungalow in peaceful Prescott National Forest! This guest house is so spacious and well appointed. It has everything you need if you’re traveling with kids and pets. Full kitchen, large bathroom, king size bed in the bedroom are just some of the highlights. Our 3 year old loved seeing the chickens and playing with the toys. The covered patio was great for keeping our bikes out of some unexpected rain and relaxing with a morning cup of coffee. "
