"This hotel was better than expected. From the very kind and helpful staff, to the delicious food at all the venues (Tap Room, Terrace and Royce), this was the perfect place to come home to after touring LA. The grounds are gorgeous, spacious and beautifully kept. The rooms were spacious, with banquettes and views of the grounds. I will definitely be back."

"What staff? You talk to a person on a screen. Photo's are a lie this place is not as clean as it makes you think. The door entering the room has a gap you can look through when it's closed. Not safe at all and has a very creepy vibe. "

"Trip was great. I plan to stay there again soon. I just didn’t expect the parking to be $32 a night, but that’s still cheaper than other hotels I’ve stayed at. I think this parking cost should be mentioned somewhere on the page before booking. I found out at check-in. "

"Tuesday I went for breakfast around 8:30 AM, and I saw there was no croissant sandwich nor Benedict sandwich. I told a middle age Mexican server standing right at the door of the storage, and she told me whatever was left was what your hotel offered for the day. I told her your breakfast hour ended at 9 am, but it was only 8:30 am. So I had to make pancakes instead. She did make a small batch of the sandwiches I was looking for after a while. I think her response was just her personal opinion not your hotel policy. Hopefully that’s the case. Thanks!"
