"The room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable and the linens were good quality. The air conditioner was a little loud, but it was just fan noise, no jarring noises. The scenery was awesome. My wife approved of my choice."

"The hotel was decently clean but so many things were NOT up to standard. The gym smelled moldy and had one kettlebell and two cardio pieces that were very old and gross. The clock wasn’t working and there was nothing to clean the equipment with. The second floor ice maker didn’t work. The plug in by the nightstand was so loose it didn’t charge anything. The shower made a screaming noise for about 5 minutes. Even the key cards looked like they’d been used 100 times and were dirty and scratched up."

"None of the amenities were in service, all were closed and out of operation including the elevator in a 5 story hotel. When I asked why we were not notified that the elevator was out of service prior to check in I was told it wasn’t on the list of included amenities in a very snotty tone. We were provided a code for the door to our room but not to the building, fortunately someone was in the lobby and let us in. The room was poorly furnished, only 1 night table a bed and 1 uncomfortable chair. There was dirty coffee maker but no coffee or coffee cups. The spa and gym were out of service as were the water fountains. The only good thing was the view. When we booked on Expedia the hotel listed all of the amenities available and a deluxe king suite, we had no idea this was not really a hotel and more of a corporate run air b and b with very poor, snooty customer service if you can even call it service."
