Positioned in a quiet cul-de-sac, this architecturally designed home offers a relaxed beachside lifestyle all within walking distance to Kiama's vibrant township and beaches. Three generously sized bedrooms, the master with an ensuite and large private balcony offering expansive views. Second living area flows out to a private courtyard with BBQ and alfresco dining. Easy walk to Kiama's shops, Surf Beach, Black Beach, local tennis court, train station and the weekly farmers market.
The house was very clean and tidy in a newly developed part of Kiama. It’s safe and comfortable, neighbours are lovely. Unfortunately, the house is not for people with accessibility needs. With a very steep, slippery driveway and a terrifying external staircase to the entry. Also, we had to spend a fortune shopping for basic household items like oil, salt, pepper, toilet paper etc. because there was literally NOTHING in the house. I have never had to do this previously. Very frustrating.

Absolutely delightful!
Our stay at this holiday house was lovely. Impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed.
Short drive to all the attractions and shops. A perfect getaway. Highly recommend!
